CANCELLATION FEES for seminars :

Accommodation :

Deposits are not refundable  . Between  D-60 to D-45 prior to the event :a 20% of  reduction of  volume booked is allowed without penalty. 45 to 30 days prior : a 10% reduction of volume booked allowed without penalties. 30 to 15  days prior :a 5% reduction of volume booked allowed without penalty. From D-60 to D-15, beyond the authorised reduction, all cancellation will imply the invoicing on the room basis of each room/night reserved and this for he length of the stay reserved 2 to 0 days prior : all services and rooms reserved and cancelled will be invoiced for the whole length of the stay reserved.

Catering :

The number of meals to be served must be confirmed at least 2 days before the date of the event . This number will serve as a basis for the final invoice.
